Louise Hays left us a legacy of tools to heal ourselves. I wonder where do they come from? What thought patterns are linked to them? If we can change the thoughts at their root, can we heal the disease? Are our thoughts linked in any way to our physical body? Can habitual thought patterns make our health better or worse? I recently saw the documentary HEAL, in which scientists and spiritual teachers discuss how the mind, beliefs and emotions impact our health. Some diseases have “no known cause”, such as Parkinson’s, Fibromyalgia, Neuropathy, and Chronic Fatigue.
